After living in Dun Eideann (which is Gaelic for Edinburgh) all of my life it has proved a struggle for me to get good photographs in my own hometown for a reason I can’t really explain. I have therefore decided to challenge myself to produce a portfolio of work based solely on Edinburgh. This will include both the iconic Instagram locations and, I hope, some more original images which you won’t have seen before. I am hoping these photographs will span a few genres of photography as well. What you should see in this gallery therefore is any, in my opinion, good images that I have taken in and around Edinburgh and the Lothians.
